    • Non-personalized items may be returned within 7 days in their original condition.

    • Customized or engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun, unless damaged or defective on arrival.

  • If your urn arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery for repair, replacement, or refund.
